International Sales Manager

Consumer Business Unit

Place: Warsaw, Poland

The person employed on this position will actively participate in the development of the sales, take part in the creation of internal standards and processes, implement ideas and take part in interesting projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • generating sales on new markets
  • negotiating and working on maximizing sales and profit results
  • ensuring strict control over distribution network, financial and logistical processes throughout the execution of contracts, in conjunction with the support of the back office
  • collecting and sharing market information and preparing market reports
  • maintaining and expanding network with distributors and retailers; international traveling is part of the job


  • experience in building distribution of consumer food products on international markets (min 3 – 5 years)
  • practical and proven knowledge of distribution, price strategy, profit calculation, merchandising, marketing, SWOT analysis of FMCG
  • experienced commercial negotiator, self-assured and with a strong personality
  • a self-starter, result driven, and a team player
  • mobile and ready for international travel as required (min 30% of work time)
  • fluent English (Spanish, French or Arabic will be an extra asset)
