International Sales Manager

Dairy Business Unit

Place: Warsaw, Poland

The person employed on this position will actively participate in the development of the sales and markets, take part in the creation of internal standards and processes, implement ideas and take part in interesting projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • generating sales and trade on new markets
  • negotiating and working on maximizing sales results
  • ensuring strict control over financial and logistical processes throughout the execution of 
contracts, in conjunction with the support of the back office
  • collecting and sharing market information and preparing market reports
  • maintaining and expanding network with buyers and suppliers; international traveling is 
part of the job


  • experience in a high performance food commodities sales/trade role within an international B2B environment, preferably dairy (min 3 – 5 years)
  • experienced commercial negotiator, self-assured and with a strong personality
  • practical and proven knowledge of distribution, price strategy, profit calculation, merchandising, marketing, SWOT analysis of FMCG
  • a self-starter, result driven and a team player
  • mobile and ready for international travel as required (min 30% of work time)
  • fluent English (Spanish, French or Arabic will be an extra asset)
