Job description

As a Marketing Manager at Agus, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead a team of marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adapt campaigns accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content, including social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
